Jérôme CELLIER, Artisan Ice Cream Maker and Pastry Chef for 20 years and his associate Philippe IMBERT have been revealing the finest ice creams and sorbets to the public since 2013.
Firm believers in the value of “100% homemade” products, they offer a complete line of ice creams lovingly made by the ice-cream professionals at their store in Escale Borely (Marseille 8).
All of the sorbets are made of seasonal fruits and syrups, while the ice creams are crafted from milk, sugar, heavy cream and eggs.
